1. Core Agreement

By accessing the ValueAI platform, you agree to these Terms of Valuation. If you do not accept these terms, you may not register or access the metrics engine, score calculators, or career forecasting tools.

2. The Human Capital Metric & Score Calculation

ValueAI provides advanced analytical modeling to estimate individual Human Capital Worth using five key dimensions: Career Trajectory, Financial Intelligence, Skill Architecture, Biological Stamina, and Psychometrics.

• Scores are heuristic estimates based on statistical models and self-reported parameters.
• Scores are intended for personal guidance, self-evaluation, and developmental positioning.
• We do not guarantee third-party validation or adoption of the score by any external financial, lending, or corporate institution.

3. Account Integrity & Data Validation

To maintain system accuracy, you agree to input truthful and verified details regarding your education, career history, income streams, and certification records. Intentionally skewing metrics to falsify projections may result in administrative flagging or permanent account suspension.

4. Limitation of Liability

ValueAI and its data systems do not provide officially licensed financial advisement, career placement guarantees, legal counsel, or medical diagnoses. Any strategic decisions made regarding investments, jobs, or lifestyle enhancements based on score telemetry are undertaken solely at your own risk.

5. Revisions and Scope modification

We reserve the right to refine score scaling formulas, adjust weighting coefficients, and expand dimension parameters without prior individual notification to maintain alignment with market conditions and macroeconomic shifts.
